Research/Publications

Dr. Gallardo’s current research projects include the following:

  1. A qualitative research study intended to provide more insight and understanding into the psychotherapeutic process when working with the Mexican/Mexican American community; and
  2. Program evaluation for two community-based programs targeted towards monolingual Arabic, Farsi, Spanish, Korean and Vietnamese communities.

Dr. Gallardo’s publications include work in refereed professional journals, book chapters, videos, professional newsletters and books. His primary areas of publications include multicultural and social justice issues, evidence-based practices, and Latina/o Mental Health.
